ICG Properties: DC Development Firm Updates Identity to Reflect Market Focus
Award-Winning Firm Changes Name from Infrastructure Capital Group
WASHINGTON, DC-Infrastructure Capital Group, a real estate development firm known for transforming prime development sites and historic urban buildings into distinctive commercial and residential properties, has a new name: ICG Properties. The new identity enables the firm to emphasize its primary focus in property development and revitalization. Founded in Washington, DC in 1995, ICG Properties is known for its involvement in several landmark projects in the region, including the acclaimed renovation and expansion of the historic Gallup Building at 901 F Street, NW and its current ownership of 1600 K Street, NW. Currently, the firm is pursuing several major projects in the region and actively seeking additional investment and development opportunities. As part of its new identity, ICG Properties has also launched a new website: www.icgproperties.com. ICG Properties currently owns more than 500,000 square feet of stabilized commercial assets, including the World Center Building at 1600 K Street, NW, 2115 and 2121 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, and Penn Branch Center in Washington DC. ICG also owns or controls another half-million square feet of developable commercial and residential density.
