A prime property located within the north Georgetown office submarket, 2115 Wisconsin Avenue, NW is a 180,000-square-foot building with on-site parking. ICG Properties acquired the six-story building in late 2002 with minority partner Fidelity Real Estate Group of Boston, and subsequently acquired Fidelity's interest in the building in a 2004 recapitalization valued at $40 million. Also known as Georgetown Center II, the property was constructed in 1988 and includes a fitness center and café. ICG selected the architectural firm HOK to design a number of building enhancements, including lobby renovation, elevator upgrades and roof rehabilitation. Additional improvements are planned for the property, which is fully leased to a roster of institutional tenants, including Georgetown University, MedStar Research Institute and Fannie Mae. |
