Located just two blocks from the White House in the heart of the CBD, 910 16th Street occupies a prominent site at the northwest corner of 16th and Eye Streets, NW. ICG acquired the property in early 2007 from The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston.

Originally constructed in 1971, the 30,000-square-foot building features eight floors of office space and a 52-space underground parking garage. The property also includes a structure currently in use by the Third Church of Christ, Scientist, along with an adjoining courtyard.

ICG Properties owns the adjacent World Center building at 1600 K Street. The firm is currently exploring options for the newly acquired property.
