In mid-2004, ICG Properties acquired Courthouse Tower, a 26-story office building located at 44 West Flagler Street, in a partnership with Northridge Capital and Stoladi Property Group. The 161,000-square-foot building is situated in the heart of downtown Miami, near the courthouse and I-95.

ICG served as asset manager for the property. Following a successful repositioning effort, which helped secure additional tenants, ICG sold the building in early 2006.
