Working in partnership with the Taba Tourism Development Corporation, ICG Properties helped create the concept for a five-star luxury hotel to be located along the Red Sea in Egypt. The hotel would serve as the lead resort at the center of the Ghazlani Tourism, Power and Water Project site, a nine-mile property in the northeastern part of the country.

ICG worked with the architectural firm HOK to develop plans for a 250-room hotel and a conceptual design phase has been completed.
