Totaling 20,000 ft², these four elegant townhomes include 11-foot ceilings, fireplaces, elevators and covered parking. ICG Properties worked closely with the Historic Preservation Review Board, the Sheridan-Kalorama Advisory Neighborhood Commission to preserve their characteristic style while creating modern, refined homes.

All of the homes were sold after completion in 2007-2008.
